By purchasing through www.awajecolombia.com the customer accepts our Shipping Policies.
In Colombia
Deliveries in Colombia are made through the carriers Coordinadora, Deprisa, Servientrega, Rappi or through an express delivery in the city of Cali. Other means of transportation can also be arranged if requested by the customer.
Shipments nationwide for all Colombia will have a value of $ 13,000 COP and shipments in the city of Cali will have a value of $ 8,000 COP when it is done through a carrier and if it is done through an express delivery the value will be agreed with the customer, Comercializadora WR S.A.S reserves the right to change the shipping costs without prior notice to its customers.
The shipment of products purchased that are in stock will be delivered the next business day after confirming and processing the purchase. In case the product has to be elaborated, the customer will be informed through the data provided by him, delivery times may not exceed 10 working days after the day of purchase. Please note that orders in high season (such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.) take longer to be shipped, for that reason in those dates it will take 5 more working days maximum to be shipped.
Express deliveries in the city of Cali are scheduled for the next business day after the purchase or under the parameters established above. We do not deliver on Saturdays after 11am, Sundays or holidays.
In the purchase form, the customer will be asked for a shipping address, Comercializadora WR S.A.S. will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery of the product, when the address indicated by the customer does not correspond to reality or have been omitted data necessary for delivery.
Comercializadora WR S.A.S. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties such as: Coordinadora, Deprisa, Servientrega or Rappi. In case the package with our products is lost, we will send the product again and we will make the insurance arrangements with the carrier, within a maximum period of 5 working days after the customer requests it through the email awajecolombia@gmail.com and we make the verification process with the carrier for the new shipment.
Once your order is delivered to the carrier, you will receive to your email or WhatsApp a notification of delivery with the information of the tracking number with which you can track your shipment through the website of the corresponding carrier.
