The payment process is done through Wompi, a safe banking platform managed and administered by Bancolombia, which makes all the verification processes and meets all security standards so that you feel safe when making the payment. This operates for purchases within Colombia and abroad. AWAJE at no time has access to your information since all payment processes are carried out by the Wompi platform.

AWAJE will send an email to the CLIENT confirming the details of the purchase made.

The CLIENT should be aware that:

– the photographs of jewelry and accessories that appear in www.awajecolombia.com show the closest representation to reality in their physical appearance: colors, textures and design details. However, accuracy depends, among other technical factors, on the resolution and configuration of your computer/mobile screen, so we cannot guarantee that the colors and other characteristics are strictly the same as those shown in the images.

– Most of our jewelry and accessories offered through this website are handmade pieces made by Colombian artisans, therefore they do not have the standardization of those produced in series or machine; therefore there may be slight differences in appearance between one piece and another, even if they are pieces of equal reference, this is because all natural stones and handmade embroidery by their nature are unique and have variations, we try as much as possible to adjust as much as possible to what is displayed on the website.

Most of our jewelry is made in 24k gold plated bronze, semi-precious stones, pearls or crystals which is specified in the description of each product.
