aWaje is spelled (aguaje) and is an Amazonian palm. Its name means abundance and prosperity. It is considered the tree of life, because the people of the region make many recipes with the fruit and many animals feed on it for its high nutritional content.

Most of our jewelry is made in bronze with 24K  karat gold. The gold plating is done at an industrial level which guarantees a longer durability of the gold plating and ecological handling of the chemical processes so that they do not harm the environment. They are not painted.

This question is answered according to the accessory that the customer is visualizing, because there are different materials, the materials we use are bronze with nickel plating and stainless steel.

In our collections we use two types of pearls:

Natural freshwater pearls cultivated in lakes and rivers in China, Japan or the United States, which you can identify because they have unique imperfections, their shape is uneven and the color tones vary.

The glass nucleus pearls that are made with high quality industrial processes, are identical in shape, match in color and their finish is smooth. They are currently the most widely used, and are known as Majorca pearls and Swarovski pearls.

None of the pearls we use peel off.

Our raw materials are selected to guarantee the durability of our jewelry and accessories. In each product read the description. There we let you know the raw material from which it is made.

Our accessories have 3 months guaranteed from date of purchase. This includes purchases in the store or on our website, during this time the repair has no cost.

Shipping in Colombia will cost $13,000 COP and shipments in Cali will cost $8,000 COP when shipped through a shipping  company and if shipped through a domiciliary express, the cost will be arranged with the customer.

Our jewelry can be changed as long as they are in perfect condition, with their original packaging and have not been used. Each one has a bar code where all the product information is stored.

It is possible to change our jewelry for another of equal or higher value, paying the customer the difference in price, within 15 days of the purchase . (during Christmas and New Year, exchanges can be made until January 15).

In case you want to change any of our jewelry you must send it or bring it to our store aWaje located at Av. 6 Bis #30N51 local 100B Cali, Colombia, along with its original packaging.

The value of the shipment to our store  and also the return shipment with the new product must be paid by the customer.

In case the product has to be elaborated, the customer will be informed through the data provided by him, delivery times may not exceed 10 working days after the day of purchase. Please note that orders in high season (such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.) take longer to be shipped, for that reason in those dates it will take 5 more working days maximum to be shipped.
